Embroidery isn’t the same as printing—thread has limits (tiny details don’t stitch clean). To get the best-looking result, we simplify photos slightly for embroidery (small details may be adjusted) while keeping your pet instantly recognizable.

Your digital proof will be delivered by email and available on your order page. Production or final delivery begins only after you approve it. To keep your order moving fast, we don’t send previews for approval. Instead, we professionally prep every photo to the highest standard for the cleanest stitch result—so you don’t have to worry about embroidery “rules” or picky adjustments slowing things down.

2. Upload your pet photo in the required Pet Photo upload box before checkout
3. Enter your pet name in the Pet Name box, or type “no name” if you do not want a name added
4. Place your order
5. We stitch and ship your custom hat
