🐾 HOW TO ORDER — PLEASE READ

1. Select your mug size: 11oz or 15oz.
2. Upload your pet photo in the required Pet Photo upload box before checkout.
3. Add optional Design Notes if you have a layout preference, such as “zoom in on face,” “keep full body,” “center pet,” or “place near handle.” Your digital proof will be delivered by email and available on your order page. Production or final delivery begins only after you approve it.
4. Place your order. ✅

We’ll create your mug design, print it, and ship it to you. ☕🐾 Orders may be delayed if the uploaded photo is unclear, low-quality, or missing important details needed for the design.

This is a full wrap mug, meaning your photo/design goes around the mug.

• Landscape photos create the best true edge-to-edge wrap.
• Portrait photos will be centered on the front, and we’ll extend/fill the background on the sides so there’s no blank white space.

• Free of heavy filters, stickers, text, or edits

Please avoid:

• Blurry photos
• Screenshots
• Dark or low-light photos
• Tight crops
• Heavy filters
• Photos with important details too close to the edge

These are not required, but they are ideal for the best wrap result:

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for printing. Please don’t upload copyrighted images, professional photographer photos, logos, screenshots, or artwork you don’t have rights to. The uploader takes full responsibility.

Print results depend on the quality of the photo provided. Blurry, dark, low-resolution, or heavily filtered images may print less sharp. If your file won’t print clearly, we’ll message you for a better photo before printing.

Since each mug is custom printed on demand, we do not accept changes, cancellations, or returns once production has started. However, if you have any problems with your order, please email support@everlyne.ca and we’ll do our best to make it right.
