🐾 HOW IT WORKS

• Select your preferred format, layout, print orientation, background color, and name style from the dropdowns.
• Upload your pet photo(s) in the required Pet Photo upload box before checkout.
• Add your pet name(s) or short text in the Pet Name(s) / Text box. Leave blank if you do not want wording on your portrait.
• Add any pet details or halo requests in the Pet Details / Halo box. For example: “Max - halo / Rose - cat.”
• Add any optional design notes, such as remove collar, crop closer, or specific pet order. Complete your selections and check out securely on everlyne.
• A proof will be sent within 24 hours for your approval.
• Once approved, your image will be finalized and sent to production or delivered digitally, depending on the format selected.

We’ll transform your photo into a custom color bloom watercolor portrait and prepare it in the format you selected.

*Important: If you choose a 4-pet portrait, your design will be created in landscape orientation so all pets can fit properly.

• Framed Portrait: professionally printed 12" x 18" portrait in your selected frame style

For the best final portrait, please upload:

• a clear, sharp photo
• a well-lit image, natural light is best
• an original photo, not a screenshot
• a photo where your pet’s face and features are easy to see
• your pet in a sitting or standing position
• your pet at eye level with the camera

For multiple pet portraits, you may upload one photo with all pets together or separate photos of each pet.

• Proofs are sent within 24 hours
• Unlimited revisions are included
• Once your proof is sent, you will have 24 hours to approve or request changes Your digital proof will be delivered by email and available on your order page. Production or final delivery begins only after you approve it.

• The digital option includes one high-resolution PNG file sized for 12" x 18" printing in either portrait or landscape orientation, depending on the layout selected
• 4-pet portraits will be created in landscape orientation so each pet has enough room in the final artwork
• Colors may vary slightly from screen to print
• If your photo is too low quality to use, we’ll message you to request a better one before production

Because each portrait is custom made, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a production issue, please email support@everlyne.ca and we will make it right.
