For the best portrait, please upload a photo that is:
- Clear, sharp and in focus
- Well lit, preferably with natural lighting
- An original photo rather than a screenshot
- Taken where your pet’s face and important features are easy to see
- Taken near your pet’s eye level
- Showing your pet sitting or standing naturally
For multiple-pet portraits, you may upload one photo containing all pets or separate photos of each pet.
If a photo is not clear enough to create a quality portrait, we will contact you through email and your order page and request another image.
